How can you best set yourself up for success so you don’t have to work so hard to get things done? People with ADHD are more influenced by and attuned to their environment so it’s extra important to create the best possible situation. A good workspace takes less willpower and is less dependent on good luck for things to work out. This involves getting the distractions before they get you, including those really fun digital ones. We also need to set up some road blocks to those places where you get stuck and spend too much time or where you slide off onto something else, never to be seen again. We can’t guarantee that your attention won’t get hijacked, but we can improve your batting average so you have more to feel good about.
