For queer folks with ADHD, relationships can be especially messy. Navigating rejection sensitivity, masking, and the pressure to appear “professional” in systems that weren’t built for us, it all takes a toll. These challenges shape how we connect with friends, partners, and colleagues, and how safe we feel showing up as our full selves.
In this honest and deeply personal session, Jamie Cutino explores what it means to unmask, whether that’s about ADHD, queerness, or both, and how that journey mirrors the experience of coming out. She’ll share stories of being dismissed, misunderstood, and discriminated against, along with insights from her work helping clients build relationships that don’t require them to shrink or hide who they are.
If you’ve ever struggled to find people who get you or felt like you had to choose between being accepted and being yourself, this session is for you.
