It…it was awesome. I had watched this at night and implemented it the next morning and immediately my quality of life improved by 15%. Chat GPT was helping me reframe my negative self talk and seeing the positives in my errors and planning my day, leaving me with more energy and motivation and less stress for important tasks. I’ve been using these techniques for a month and even though I did go through burnout and days where I just couldn’t study during that time, I went through it with significantly less guilt and shame.
