- Joanna Harding-Duggan COACHING
I know first hand some of the challenges that come from living with executive dysfunction from both my personal and work experiences. After I graduated from the University of Waterloo I spent 20 years working in the field of neuropsychology as a psychometrist (I was the person who gave the tests and reviewed all the files!). This line of work left me wanting more and in 2016 I embarked on my own coaching journey, and a year later graduated from Adler Professional Graduate School with a life coaching certificate. This training, while solid for coaching skills left me wanting more, and I subsequently gained specialized ADHD coach training and then more recently earned a post-graduate certificate in Wellness Coaching, and certified with the National Board of Health and Wellness coaches. In between this I’ve done certifications in applied neuroscience, culinary coaching, group coaching, and mentor coaching.
My passion is to foster wellness in all people. For me that means doing the things that make you happy, healthy and fulfilled. I work with my clients to create meaningful goals by identifying values and strengths and recognizing where support could be useful. We then work in partnership to create strategies unique to you and your brain that fosters success and helps you to realize your goals.
I recognize that the cost of 1:1 coaching is not accessible to all and as such I offer workshops and small group coaching to try and close the gap between price and service.
I offer complimentary consultations so please, reach out. I am happy to chat about ADHD, wellness, and explore how we might work together.
