I hold a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with children, adults, and couples. I have worked in intensive-outpatient, and outpatient community mental health. I have worked with kids and adults struggling with ADHD symptoms. I use an integrative approach including mindfulness, CBT, Somatic Psychotherapy, attachment theory, and narrative therapy. I have a support group for adults with ADHD. I am in private practice in Portland, OR.
