I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist practicing virtually in the province of Ontario. Having taught courses in clinical psychology, sociology, and research at the post-secondary level, and have worked for faith-based and government agencies, residential concurrent disorder treatment centres, Community Health Centres, and in private practice for the past 15+ years, I have a well-rounded understanding of the cognitive, psycho-emotional, and spiritual challenges of living with ADHD in self and relationship. I, also, live with ADHD having been diagnosed alongside my son some years ago. Subsequently, I have worked with interdisciplinary health practitioners, and I studied ADD/ADHD to better understand myself and the clients with whom I am privileged to work and to serve. I am passionate, committed and open to my client’s journey as we partner through understanding, challenges (individual, relational, self esteem, concurrent issues and mental health challenges) and rewards of our neurodivergence!
