I accompany adults and parents of children with ADHD to identify ways to create connection with self and with community. We work together to identify strategies to optimize strengths and to navigate challenges. I use an ikigai and intercultural framework to live your values, build relationships, fulfill your life roles, and pursue life goals with a healthy sense of urgency.
As a lifelong learner, I update my training through the top sources in research on ADHD, like ADDA, and complement my training in inclusive and intercultural methodologies. As a trained educator and facilitator, I can carry out one-to-one sessions, group coaching, and ADHD parent or teacher-training workshops. As a person who lives with ADHD and is a mom to at least one kiddo with ADHD, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of the neurodiverse.
