The purpose of ADDA virtual peer support is to provide support to ADDA members who are adults with ADHD in a safe, non-judgmental environment. This is a forum for mutual acceptance, understanding, and self-discovery with peers.
Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, strengths, and hopes. This group is open to all ADDA+ members we especially invite those who are new to ADDA, new to support groups, or newly diagnosed. You don’t have to figure out ADHD on your own. You can talk to people just like you.
Do you have trouble with procrastination? Losing your keys? Forgetting? So do we.
Connect with people like you. People who get ADHD. Thrive. Share knowledge. Swap stories. Lift each other up.
