- Jamie Blume, MPH, PCC, PCAC- certified adhd and life coach, IFS-practitioner
I know first-hand the challenges that come with having ADHD—I am the mom of three adult ADHD children and I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. After graduating from the University of Michigan, I went on to earn a post-graduate degree in Public Health and professional certifications as a Life Coach, an ADHD Coach, an Internal Family Systems Practitioner, a Nutritional Health Coach, and a yoga instructor. I also teach at the highly-acclaimed and accredited ADHD & Life Coach Training Program (ADDCA) and serves as a mentor for aspiring ADHD coaches.
As an early life coach practitioner, I became frustrated with the narrow focus and limited tools available to help ADHD clients within the traditional coaching framework. Recognizing this gap, I developed a coaching program that helps my ADHD clients identify and build the skills and tools necessary to live a happy and healthy life. As an expert in neurodiversity, I approach each client with curiosity, respect, compassion, empathy, and positivity to help them gain a better understanding of their ADHD brain. Indeed, I encourage my clients to embrace their neurodiversity while we work together to achieve personal transformation through self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-empowerment.
By incorporating a wide range of modalities, including therapeutic and IFS-based discussion, executive function and skills based training, nutrition, exercise, wellness, and meditation, I travel with my clients along paths of self-discovery, awareness, and growth. And together, we identify the tools necessary to break free of obstacles, find quiet amidst the noise, and cultivate joy within each day.
