I specialise in helping those who are experiencing anxiety, Adult ADHD, workplace stress, and in helping those who are feeling overwhelmed. I have a warm, compassionate and innovative style to my evidence based practice, and have cultivated a practice space that reflects this. I also have an extensive background in corporate learning, business development and consulting.
I completed my PhD/Clinical Psychology training through The University of Melbourne. I am endorsed by The Psychology Board of Australia as a clinical psychologist, and am trained in clinical hypnotherapy which I utilise in helping people manage anxiety, chronic pain, ADHD and addiction.
In my current research, I author and develop technology based psychological interventions and provide consultation for psychologists seeking to utilise these therapy approaches in their practice. I narrate and produce audio files for clinical use, some of which can be accessed in the Treating section of my main website.
