I am a licensed psychologist based in Denver, specializing in the assessment and treatment of ADHD with which I was diagnosed later in life. I bring a unique perspective by integrating my clinical expertise with my personal and professional experiences navigating ADHD across various environments. My approach emphasizes understanding ADHD through a strengths-based, acceptance-focused lens, while supporting individuals in addressing the challenges it presents in social, emotional, academic, and professional areas. Additionally, I offer a six-week workshop for adults with ADHD (formal diagnosis is not required), designed to enhance executive functioning skills and support participants in navigating interpersonal relationships.
