I am a compassionate, integrative, and neurodiverse-affirming psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals improve their lives and relationship dynamics while fostering self-awareness and acceptance. I work collaboratively with clients, walking alongside them through the process of reconnection, healing, and empowerment using holistic, person-centered, spiritual, trauma, and multicultural-informed approaches. Specializing in mood and anxiety disorders (including Perinatal and Postpartum), family and couples therapy, trauma, and parenting, I also take a particular interest in neurodiversity and OCD, striving to create a safe and affirming space for all my clients.
