About me: I was diagnosed in 1995 at age 35 and have two adult daughters, (both with ADHD brains). I graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1982 (BS, Oceanography), deployed overseas and on ships as a Navy pilot, and then became an instructor pilot, all while having undiagnosed ADHD. (The hardest part was being at home full-time with the kids after I left the Navy!😎)
I have a CACP credential from the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches and an AACP certification from the ADD Coach Academy.
Having ADHD-specific training and maintaining access to the latest research and ideas is very important to me.
