- ICF-Certified AuDHD Coach for Life Across Borders | LGBTQIA+ Affirming
Hi, I’m Elif — a late-diagnosed autistic ADHDer and long-term migrant from Turkey, now based in Germany. My work lives at the intersection of migration and neurodivergence — where languages mix, identities stretch, and belonging becomes something we build for ourselves.
My philosophy, Beyond Labels, means honoring the clarity that words like “autism” or “ADHD” can bring—while remembering that no label can hold your whole story. You’re not a checklist of traits; you’re a living, evolving human being. Our work together is about exploring what that means for you, beyond diagnosis, beyond belonging, beyond borders.
In my practice, I offer flexible and low-commitment individual coaching sessions as well as 3 months-long programs, AuDHD profiling (to explore your unique wiring), and diagnosis navigation — for those taking action, waiting, or preparing for assessment. I also host small group coaching on focused themes like procrastination and social connection, designed to help participants get the most out of shared reflection and mutual understanding.
I’m the founder of the Leipzig AuDHD Community, a gathering space for late-diagnosed adults to connect, share stories, and make sense of difference together. My background spans cultural studies, corporate work, and years of navigating life across visible and invisible borders — all of which inform the depth and compassion I bring to this work. You can learn more about my story, core beliefs, and methods on my website.
If you’re learning to belong to yourself while building a life abroad or beyond labels, you’ll probably feel at home here. Let’s meet.
