When I was first diagnosed with ADHD, I felt lost…
It took time to realize that ADHD wasn’t a flaw—it was simply a different way of experiencing the world. Finding others who truly understood what I was going through felt impossible.
Ten years later, I’ve learned how to rebuild my mindset around ADHD, and now I help others do the same.
I’m Stephanie (Steph) Weis, an ADHD coach, educator, and IT professional in higher education with more than 20 years of experience coaching professionals in the workplace. I hold a B.S. in Business and Management Information Systems from Robert Morris University and a Master’s in Education from Duquesne University. As a certified Myers-Briggs interpreter, I’ve spent years exploring how people think, learn, and lead—insights that now guide my coaching practice.
Currently, I’m expanding my expertise through The ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA)—an accredited program recognized by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
As someone living with ADHD—and balancing roles as a mom, wife, business partner, and leader—I understand the daily challenges and the incredible potential that come with a neurodivergent mind.
Whether you’re looking for a coach to help you reset your beliefs and build new strategies, or a speaker to bring deeper ADHD understanding to your organization, I’d love to connect.
I’m based in Pennsylvania but work with clients and organizations worldwide via Zoom. Wherever you are on your ADHD journey, I’ll help you find clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of direction.
It’s time for your ADHD reboot.
