Fridays can leave you feeling one of two ways: proud of what you got done—or overwhelmed by what’s still on your list. Photo Finish Fridays is here to help you wrap up the week feeling focused, accomplished, and supported.

This virtual peer support group is built for adults with ADHD who want to finish the week strong—with structure, connection, and a sense of completion.

How It Works: 

  • 📌 Set Your Intention – At the start of the session, share one or two tasks you’d like to complete before the weekend.

  • ⏱️ Focus Sessions + Breaks – We follow a body-doubling structure using three 25-minute work blocks, each followed by a short 5-minute break.

  • ✅ Progress Check-Ins – After each focus round, we regroup to share how it went, offer encouragement, and reset for the next task.

  • 💬 Peer Support & Shared Wins – You’ll connect with others who get what it’s like to navigate ADHD, celebrate small victories, and end your week on a positive note.
