Finding a community of peers who understand you can be difficult, especially when you have ADHD. The goal of the Young ADDults Hangouts Group is to provide a social space for young adults with ADHD to connect with each other. Our members range from eighteen into their thirties.
This group is an offshoot of the Young ADDults Peer Support Group and is another opportunity to meet with friends in a more informal space. Here, we have game nights, craft nights, or just talk about our favorite movies/books/etc.
So join us and come meet, chat, and laugh with fellow young adult ADHDers!
Always monitored/facilitated by ADDA volunteers.
