Women with ADHD often face distinct challenges in the ways ADHD symptoms manifest differently compared to men.

This is a support group created specifically for women navigating life with ADHD. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, have been living with ADHD for years or suspect you have ADHD, this space is designed to provide support, encouragement, and valuable resources to empower you and help you thrive.

This group recognizes the intersectionality of ADHD with other identities and challenges, such as being a woman of color, a parent, or a professional. We welcome all individuals who identify as a woman with ADHD.

Women with ADHD

This ADHD support group for women creates a safe, empowering space to connect, share experiences, and thrive.
