For mid-career people with ADD/ADHD, the workplace can be especially challenging. Whether you work in an office, from home, or are your own boss, this group is for you!

Join us, to learn practical tips and strategies for managing common ADHD-related challenges and to connect with other like-minded adults.

We’ll begin each meeting with a brief check-in, followed by an open “roundtable” discussion centered on a planned topic of the night. Active participation and discussion are strongly encouraged and integral to the success of our group. This group is a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space for discussion and mutual support.
