Memory and the ADHD brain is a tricky topic. We want to remember Aunt Sarah’s birthday. We should remember Aunt Sarah’s birthday. We forget Aunt Sarah’s birthday.
Sure, everyone forgets important dates and appointments sometimes, but for ADHD folks, it’s more of a regular happenstance. It’s frustrating, to say the least, not to mention embarrassing or potentially serious (forgetting a work deadline can be devastating).
In this session, we’ll dive deeply into memory = what science knows (and doesn’t) and how it applies to our ADHD brains. Then we’ll go down the rabbit hole labeled “Solutions” to see if any of them hold up for the ADHD adult.
Join us for this fascinating webinar with Linda Roggli, PCC, who never claims to remember Aunt Sarah’s birthday (actually, she doesn’t even HAVE an Aunt Sarah…), but does promise to share her understanding of memory and ADHD.
