I realized I’ve received a diagnosis, and spent a few years trying to research, learn, understand, cope with my issues of ADHD, BUT what I haven’t done yet is learn to accept myself, with love and compassion and joy, as a woman with adhd and a neurodiverse brain. So, I know what my next steps are and what I’m working toward. I already feel more hopeful and happy.
