Identifying and attending to one’s needs is so important for living a fulfilling life and also effectively managing one’s ADHD symptoms. Yet needs often go unattended because they rarely rise to any level of urgency – until it’s too late. In this webinar executive ADHD coach Cameron Gott discusses the significance of needs and how, when unaddressed, needs can turn into life altering stressors. Cameron shares unique and specific ADHD distinctions using Maslow’s well known hierarchy of needs model. Participants leave the webinar with an appreciation of their own needs and some useful strategies to identify and practice specific needs.
