
Sara Weisenbach Evelyn Polk Green Perry Roy
Evelyn Polk Green, MS.Ed. has spent the past several decades working in the Chicago Public Schools and has meaningful connection to ADHD. She has been an ADHD/Mental Health Advocate working to improve equity and access, for close to 30 years, including working as a board member and president of the 2 largest ADHD organizations, CHADD and ADDA. “We are a true ADHD family in that both my adult sons, one of their fiancés, and I all have various types of ADHD”
Sara Weisenbach, PhD is a board-certified clinical and research neuropsychologist currently chief of Neuropsychology at McLean Hospital. Previously in an academic medical center, worked with Qbtech to create a flow chart for providers in her department to follow when evaluating patients’ concerns about possible ADHD. Her research interests include studying the mechanisms and deficits underlying depression and cognitive decline during middle-age and late life in a developmental/longitudinal context and translating this knowledge into effective neuropsychological and neuroimaging tools for monitoring course of illness and conversion to dementia.
Perry Roy, MD is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics and has a particular interest in treating ADHD over the many years in private practice with Novant in Charlotte, NC. He takes great interest and time with his patients and really enjoys seeing the improvements in their lives over the course of visits. He is a listener and teacher and is motivated by helping his patients identify problems and come up with solutions that work for them. He has a passion for teaching, working with and helping people locally and across the globe; he taught in Ukraine and Russia and helped set up a clinic in Honduras where he has been over ten times. He has provided medical care in the Middle East, India and Central America. He has been using objective data like QbTest for 10+ years.
