Learning Objectives:
- Attendee will be able to explain how The Basics – sleep, exercise, nutrition, rest and play – are necessary for success in living with ADHD, and why without them the other two legs of the Tripod are likely to fail
- Attendees will be able to explain how brain processes are different in ADHD people compared to neurotypical ones and how that results in symptoms of ADHD
- Attendees will be able to assess the evidence presented by the seller of an active treatment to answer the primary question: does the treatment or product improve one’s function in everyday ADHD life?
