I became Board-certified in Family Medicine in 1979, practiced general Family Medicine for 26 years, and for the past 19 years I have specialized in ADHD and associated conditions. I have basically two jobs, listening to patients in order to provide them excellent care, and combating the myths about ADHD which are so prevalent within and outside of the medical profession. I am fortunate to have seen over 3000 individual patients in the last 19 years; my knowledge about ADHD comes from that experience as well as reading, conferences, webinars, and from hosting a podcast for the past 8 years.
